Auction Rules for Artists
You agree to the following rules if you’re going to sell art in this auction. Any questions or concerns MUST BE ADDRESSED to Shae or Cy before the start of your time slot!
You will only sell art that YOU HAVE IN YOUR POSSESSION and COMPLETED! This is an auction for art, not a bid for commissions.
All sales are final at the time bidding ends. If you won’t sell a piece below a certain price, that price should be communicated to the hosts so that we can start the bid at that minimum.
You must decide if the sale price includes shipping. If so, what minimum price is needed before it’s covered must be communicated to the hosts and the audience before you sell your work.
The auctioneers are not responsible if your art doesn’t sell. We are also not responsible if your PayPal breaks, if your Internet breaks, or if your computer catches fire.
If a bidder does not pay you, move on and resell the piece later in the auction. Do not harass bidders, but do notify the auctioneers to protect future sales.
NEW - Include insurance in your shipping, at least up to the cost of the winning bid.
NEW - Signature confirmation for delivery is also recommended.
NEW - Adjust shipping prices accordingly.
NEW - Provide tracking numbers to winners.
NEW - Respond to shipping issues within 72 hours.
Violation of these rules WILL RESULT in a PERMANENT ban from Red Valkyrie auctions, streams, and shows.
