Auction Rules for Bidders
You agree to the following rules if you’re going to place a bid in this auction. Any questions or concerns MUST BE ADDRESSED to Shae or Cy before you bid!
You will only bid if you have money.
All sales are final at the time bidding ends. If you don’t have the money or have a problem with PayPal (error), notify us immediately.
You are responsible for the amount you bid plus any shipping (if not included).
If you bid and win, you may not bid again until payment is made.
All bids are final and must be paid within 15 Earth minutes of the end of that round of bidding.
All bids must be preceded or followed by the word “BID”.
Bids will be accepted in the Red Valkyrie YouTube chat ONLY. Any bids placed via chat on other platforms will not be accepted.
The auctioneers will have final say on bid timing. We must see your chat before the sale is final, no exceptions. There are no do-overs for YouTube error, lag, etc.
“Joke bids” are not allowed or tolerated. First offense will result in a 5 minute chat timeout. The second offense will earn a channel mute for the duration of the auction streams (all day).
NEW - You're required to provide a SECURE shipping address. If your mail isn't reliable, provide a work or alternate address.
NEW - If you don't receive something (lost, delivered but not there, damaged, etc), contact the artist immediately.
NEW - Once you contact the artist, WAIT. Under no circumstances file a Paypal or credit card dispute in the first 72 hours.
NEW - Wait for the artist to file a shipping insurance claim and work with the artist to ensure a smooth refund process so you can get your money without fucking over the artist.
NEW - If you had the money to spend on art, you have the ability to wait for a refund. Artists sometimes spend money and can't refund until they're reimbursed. BE AN ADULT.
